By signing below, Purchaser agrees this Agreement is entered into between Breeder, Kelly Gibson/Mountain Fork Maine Coon Kittens and Purchaser for their mutual protection, and the protection of the kitten. It is mutually understood that failure to comply with any provision of this agreement can result in legal action. Breeder is interested in the welfare of every kitten sold. Therefore, this contract details what is required for all kitten purchases.
Purchaser agrees all payments are non-refundable, including deposits.
Buyers are encouraged to take their kitten to a licensed vet within 3 days of obtaining kitten. No Health Guarantee will extend to a third party.
Purchaser agrees to provide adequate health care for the cat/kitten, including annual immunizations, keeping the cat/kitten free from internal and external parasites and consult with a Veterinarian upon sign of illness.
If for any reason Purchaser has the cat/kitten declawed, the Breeder cannot and shall not be held responsible for any ill effects this may have on the cat/kitten. Declawing completely voids the Health Warranty on this kitten.
The classification of this cat/kitten, is indicated as pet or breeder listed under line (1) above, Purchaser shall have a pet cat/kitten spayed/neutered by the age of 6 months for females and males. A pet kitten/cat does not have breeding rights whatsoever. CFA kitten papers are provided upon proof from a licensed Veterinarian, when said kitten has been altered (spayed/neutered.) Neutering or spaying is 'required'. Purchaser agrees not to allow a pet kitten/cat to produce offspring. Although, this kitten/cat is healthy, to the best of Breeders knowledge, Breeder requires that a pet kitten/cat not be bred-as any and all pets not in a viable breeding program should not be allowed to breed. Breeder is not responsible for any traits, breeding, or offspring traits of a pet kitten/cat. If a pet cat/kitten is allowed to breed, the Breeder reserves the right to take any necessary actions to make claim on any offspring or financial gain from this severe breach of contract.
